Welcome to Flip and Twist!Flip and Twist is located in St. Henry, Indiana, and is just minutes from Forest Park HS, Heritage Hills HS, and Southridge HS. Our professional staff offers fun and positive coaching for children interested in gymnastics, cheerleading and dance. Our love for, and knowledge of the sports of gymnastics, cheer and dance are passed along to all of our students...from the tiniest tots, to our skilled competitive cheer and gymnastics teams. Flip and Twist operates out of a beautiful, state of the art facility.
