Competitive GymnasticsCome join a gymnastics team at Flip and Twist!!! Flip and Twist belongs to the Ohio Valley Gymnastics Conference (OVGC) which competes in gymnastics meets from fall through spring. The OVGC allows gymnasts to learn about competitive gymnastics at a younger age, and lower skill level. It also focuses on building the confidence of the gymnasts by awarding all competitors for their achievements at each meet. It is a fun and healthy way to get your gymnast involved in the world of competitive gymnastics without high pressure or extreme time commitments.
