Gymnastics


Flip and Twist offers multiple classes for gymnasts of all levels and interests. We have a small student to teacher ratio (currently 1 teacher per 4 students) and tailor many of our classes to the desires of the students in each class. Our classes focus mainly on the tumbling required for cheerleading, and perfecting the skills that are required to tumble with safety, power and grace.

If you have a child that is interested in learning a specific skill set that is not available in the classes we currently offer, please contact us, we would be happy to design a class to fit their needs.

Flip and Twist also offers a competitive gymnastics program that allows even the beginner gymnast to compete on all four gymnastics events. We start our competitive gymnastics at Level 2, and encourage anyone interested to inquire. It is an awesome way to introduce your gymnast to the world of competitive gymnastics in an environment that awards ALL competitors and focuses on the fun of learning and performing routines.

Our classes run as 6 week sessions. You are welcome to join any class during a current session. We will pro-rate the remainder of the session for you. Our enrollment form lists our class prices, terms and conditions for enrolling your child at Flip and Twist. You may either print this form at home and bring it into the gym when you sign up, or fill out one of the forms available at the gym.
